Tiso is Scotland’s leading outdoor specialist retailer for outdoor clothing, camping equipment, cycling and climbing gear. Tiso owns seven stores across Scotland and prides themselves on their in-store activations, seasonal window displays and customer service. They want to inspire people with a sense of possibility and excitement when leaving their stores – no mountain is too high.

2018 Winter Seasonal campaign – We’ve Got You Covered

Project: To create a concept for the winter season windows that would be installed throughout their seven stores in various formats in-store and online.

Concept: To use aspirational images of Tiso brand ambassadors including Molly Hughes, using Tiso products on their winter adventures, layered with a double exposure graphic device to add drama and depth to the image. Images were made black and white so the colorful outdoor gear on mannequins would pop in contrast to the background scene. Simple white text was used on the glass window frontage “We’ve got you covered whatever your adventure” to tie the concept together.

• Concept creation pitched to Marketing team for approval
• Image sourcing and artworking of double exposure graphics
• Roll out of artwork for large format banners, lightbox skins, A0 posters, window vinyls and backdrops in various sizes specific to each of the seven stores
• Management of communication with printers and national delivery logistics to meet beginning of season deadline

A3 wall calendar design using photographs from most ‘liked’ Tiso social media followers. To be used for prizes and in event Goodie Bags.

#Claim Your Corbett social media competition

Tiso ran many social media competitions to increase online engagement and build follower numbers. The idea behind the Claim Your Corbett competition was to climb a corbett, (Scottish mountains between 2,500–3,000 feet), take an interesting photo at the summit and share your picture on Instagram via the #ClaimYourCorbett tag. You would then be entered into a weekly prize draw where you could win a prize from one of Tiso’s supporting brands.

Gift Voucher Envelopes

Re-designed point of sale for Tiso own brand product tags, labels and gift voucher envelopes using die-cuts and specialist metallic ink, (100% Cyan = Dark Silver).
